Texas' Culture of Life
The State of Texas prides itself on promoting a Culture of Life. Valuing life doesn't begin at conception and then end at birth. If all life is endowed with value by the Creator, then all life should be equally protected. Families deserve a full life together, and with appropriate care and support, children with disabilities (visible and invisible) can grow, learn, and contribute to their communities in meaningful and valuable ways.
